Where is the secret of VR effectiveness
in an educational and therapeutic context?
Virtual Reality is an interactive medium that allows you to fully immerse yourself in computer-generated worlds and interact with applications that enable learning through experience.
Here are some of the reasons that make VR such an attractive and effective tool:
Safe Space
Virtual Reality allows you to create safe conditions, free from external stressors. Both the participant and the supervisor of the session have full control over the course of events that take place in the Virtual Reality space.
Development in an attractive
and motivating form
VR enables the gamification of education and therapy, by participating in engaging activities that evoke positive emotions, pleasant associations and encourage training.
Concentration without distractors
Full immersion and the cutting off of distractors make it possible to engage in the learning process, to a degree incomparable with any other medium.
Personalization of experiences
Unlimited possibilities to customize scenarios, difficulty level and even virtual environment to the individual needs, preferences and goals of each user. VR allows you to create unique paths of development, tailored to the possibilities, interests and challenges of a particular person.
Immediate feedback
Virtual Reality opens up the possibility of receiving instant feedback on user actions. This allows you to quickly correct actions, adjust learning strategies and make it possible to understand the mechanisms behind phenomena and skills.
Access to inaccessible experiences
From exploring remote corners of the world and outer space, to participating in historical events, to adventures in fictional, fairy-tale worlds. VR opens up entirely new possibilities to experience this in an extremely real and engaging way.
